Disaster Relief Efforts

Our church, under the direction of the Women’s Ministry, will be collecting items next week for the victims of Hurricane Ida. This is being done through the Disaster Management Teams of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. and the GMBSC of Mississippi.

We will be collecting the items on Wednesday, September 22nd from 10am-2pm at the Beasley Road location.

Items requested are:

• Cases of water

• Cleaning supplies

• non perishable food

• fruit cocktail

• canned pineapple

• powdered milk

• Diapers (all sizes)

• Ensure or Boost for Seniors

• Energy or Protein Bars

• Socks

• rice

• bread

• paper plates

• Ramen Noodles

• Charcoal for grills

• can tuna

• batteries (all sizes)

• female toiletries

• toilet tissue

• toothbrushes/toothpaste

• Gatorade
